The user property functions now support C-escaped chars in ini section and key

... escaped *printable* characters only

Since spaces in @-codes and ARS parameters are not supported, this is how
one can specify a property section or key that has as space in it (e.g. using "\x20"). It's kind of ugly, so that's a good reason to not use spaces in your ini section names or key names. :-)
